My Father in Law''s rail was left down, and he got up in the middle of the night and fell. He was not found until the morning!! Avoid this place at all cost!!

My husband fell trying to get up while waiting on the staff for 20 minutes to respond to his call for help. He fell on his hands and knees on the floor and stayed there screaming for help for 20 minutes. An aid finally responded and told him she wasn’t assigned to him and left him naked on the floor and left. He re-injured his knee replacement and had to insist to be transported back to the hospital. They also shamed him for having to go to the bathroom to much. Horrible place!!! Run don’t walk.

Very short staff, the food is not healthy, they could do a better job cleaning the nurse and cna are good just over worked and most likely under payed shame could do better.
I had applied here about 1 year ago. I spent less than 3 hours on my first day, seeing how things are run, and I’ve witnessed horrible behavior from staff. I do not recommend this place. I am no longer a CNA for this experience.

I watched the staff here not only ignore my terminally ill mother as well as several others. They ignore patients utilizing the ring button in their rooms when in distress. There was a patient calling, crying and in distress due to blood pouring from her nose and the nurse acted as if she didn’t hear her at all! This patient was a double amputee and managed to wheel herself to the hall to show the staff she was all bloody! I was so disgusted I took a video to report them. Choose another facility where they actually care for your loved ones!
