I don''t give them ANY stars but I had to at least choose 1. My mother passed away April 5th 2024 and NO ONE, including the Director of Nursing, will return my calls and tell me details of my mother''s passing, won''t tell me where her body and personal belongings are, and I am distraught!!! I am next of kin and they had ALL of my information. Every time my daughter and I went to visit her she was filthy, stinky, her clothes were filthy, she had food on her face, hands and clothes, sat in dirty diapers all day and I am a CNA who worked in a Nursing Home for years and would NEVER EVER treat a resident with such disrespect and completely ignore their right to dignity. I DO NOT recommend facility to ANYONE 😕 unless you''re looking for a place to put someone you want to rid yourself of!!!! Awful place. Disgusting place with staff who frankly don''t give a damn. Period.

Told me my incontinent father was using the bathroom on purpose when they changed him. The staff and rehab director yelled at me and attacked me on the phone during the care plan meeting. Lots of abuse and neglect. Never dressed my father or cleaned him properly for his entire stay. Stole or lost all of his clothes and personal items. Horrible place and horrible people.
