Peakview

My loved one was a resident at Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care and the experience was terrible. Everything across the board was terrible. I would not recommend putting anyone that you love in this facility.

I would say for the most part we have been pleased. My mom is always clean and wearing clean clothes. Her room is clean and laundry is caught up. We have visited during meals and the food always looks amazing and is healthy. We see lots of fun activities and the staff is good. There have been times we see some of the ladies hugging the residents showing them love and sympathy and making the residents laugh. I have never worried that my mom is safe and being taken care of.

Prior to Peakview, my dad was at [removed] in their skilled nursing facility. [removed] was a horrendous experience on all levels. The staff at Peakview genuinely cared about my father, and most everyone from the front desk to the dining room to the Q Pacs and aides seemed happy to be at work. The...

Prior to Peakview, my dad was at [removed] in their skilled nursing facility. [removed] was a horrendous experience on all levels. The staff at Peakview genuinely cared about my father, and most everyone from the front desk to the dining room to the Q Pacs and aides seemed happy to be at work. There was a lot of turnover and management which was somewhat problematic. There were a couple of new aides that weren't sure how to transfer, etc., but that was rectified fairly quickly. If my mother ever needs assisted living care, I would go through Peakview again.

The food quality is good. The value for the money is fine, but there has been issues with billing. They are doing their best, to work with me. The food quality is good. The value for the money is fine, but there has been issues with billing. They are doing their best, to work with me. We picked this community, because of the staff, who is very friendly and accomodating. It's clean, and often I walk in and smell fresh baked cookies. It is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to other families.
