Horrible. Whoever is in charge of administration, the heartless arrogant man, needs evaluated. The facility might be nice the staff might be great, unfortunately never made it to the point of meeting them do to the way he treated us.
Exceptional skilled nursing on the 700 wing. The OP and PT were were trained and really helped me with my therapy needs. The therapy rooms were clean, organized and well equipped. Exceptional skilled nursing on the 700 wing. The OP and PT were were trained and really helped me with my therapy needs. The therapy rooms were clean, organized and well equipped. The dining room had table cloths and flowers. Very pleasant with efficient workers. Erich kept all the rooms working right. He is an energetic and friendly worker. I went to Pinebrook because I have a life vest. I was pleased to learn the entire staff is trained in how to care for the best. If needed I would go back to this Rehab in Venice.
