There was nothing I didn't like about Holiday Pinecrest. Everything was awesome. It looked like it was being run like a fine-oiled machine. You can tell the residents are content. They have different courtyards and places where people have their own gardens or birdhouses. Warren was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and knew the right questions to ask. I felt like he was a true asset to that community. When we got there, he received my message, and he had the chef bring packages of some cookies. It was a nice gesture and the cookies were delicious. They were amazing.

We toured Holiday Pinecrest. It's independent living but they contract with this other company to provide whatever level of care that you need. The community was very swanky. As far as the place itself, it was the Taj Mahal of them all. It's huge. There are three floors, and there's an elevator. It's so unlike all the rest of the places we toured. It was shocking to walk in there. If you are still independent and you want to be in a nice place, that's the place to go. The staff who gave us the tour was over the top. He had a little sign out front welcoming my mother-in-law, but she wasn't even with us when we visited. He was a very good salesperson. The surroundings were super nice and elegant. The staff told us that they had tons of things going on that you could do. The dining area looked like a fancy restaurant. Some of the rooms have balconies. The inside is just as pretty as the outside.
