This is the worst place I could recommend for a patient''s recovery, they don''t have the medications, the local social worker doesn''t have any interest to looking for the patients'' medical instructions or records. My relative had to get out of bed to ask him to be given the medicines and he had an operation on his foot, he was not supposed to get up but the indifference of the nurses and doctors is so unimaginable. They are so good blaming it to the others nurses turns. I only found 1 kind nurse trying to help him but unfortunately, she can’t have the power to get the medications. They shouldn''t even have permission from the health authorities to run the place. After 1 week without their correct dosis of medicines, my family member had to be returned to the hospital since they tried to change his medication WITHOUT the authorization of his surgeon. Terrible place.

I have nothing but nice things To say about the pavilion at Ocean point the customer service five stars that employees and their friendly smiles and their warm conversation I I knew From when I first step foot on the campus that my parents would love it here the tour was wonderful they explained everything to me and my husband and our parents my mom was kind of skeptical at first but once she got to see the place and where they would stay she was all for it five stars hands-down I recommend to family and friends If you are looking to put your love one in a safe clean happy environment come to the Pavilion at Ocean point
