My father was there for 4 days. They drugged him, did not feed or give him anything he could drink. He then went to the hospital. He is dead now.

I was a patient there after being run over, as a 28 year old with no brain injury just a completely broken body, I was entirely over medicated, and left to lay in a bed with no physical therapy of any kind. During my 3 week stay I only received one sponge bath, they forgot to bring my meals on numerous occasions, I was completely impacted, unable to have bowel movement for 11 days every time I tried to explain my issues I was fed pain pills to quiet me. They even took the clock off the wall at one point so I couldn''t keep up with time. I finally contracted an infection in one of my open wounds which got me to the ER and out of that facility. I wouldn''t recommend this place to anyone. Especially if your loved one has any sort of memory disorder they will not be treated well.

She had better care than the facilities she was at in the big city. The facility is clean, the food is great and our experience with them was nothing but top notch. They truly care for each resident as if they were taking care of their own family member.

Read morePlace is horrible. Definitely one of the worst manage Health Systems facilities in the Springfield area. Administrator is useless and doesn’t care about the staff or any of the residents. Needs to be fired and replaced ASAP.
