My mother had a bed sore. They never combed her hair. Her feet and hands were dry and cracked. Very neglectful and cold to b the patients.
Don’t work for Joan Page, you’ll hate it, shes the worst person you’ll ever meet

Please DO NOT send anyone you love to this facility… my mom was there for a month for rehab and in that month she went without pain meds for over 24 hours several times.. my family an I bathed her everyday.. the staff was horribly inadequate. They did not have enough linens.. we had to go buy our own. When we spoke to the administrator she accused us of having attitudes and would not listen to our concerns. Even the food was less than adequate. Please send your loved ones elsewhere
Read moreMy grandmother was transferred to the facility with a broken neck. She then tested positive from covid from an outbreak in the building. The treatment prior and after was the exact same, horrendous. Some nurses are extremely rude and will do the bare minimum to care for their patients.
Take your loved ones somewhere else!!!! Not a reliable facility!!! Don’t trust them! They say they will do things that are needed and never do and the patient suffers for it!
My wife was in there and they let her get severely hydrated with a severe uti. Thank God the one nurse called 911. She is in the hospital recovering and will go to another and better rehabilitation facility. The pt people were great. This place should be reported to the state health board
