Great facility with caring staff

I just visited my mother, a new patient at this facility. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. “Cassandra” mama’s nurse went out of her way to make sure I had a good “window” visit. She brought me a folding chair to sit in “and” an umbrella to give me some relief from the baking sun! She was so sweet to my mama! Thank you Cassandra!!!

My father was in this facility one night. I came back at 6:00 p.m. the following night to bring fresh laundry and discovered him on the floor, alone, with no alarms going off from his person or bed. Went to front office which was supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. and rang the Emergency buzzer over and over again with no response. Called the Emergency number, same thing. As it turned out, the staff was in a meeting. My husband was there with me in front of the security cameras hoping to get their attention. My father suffered unbelievable pain while in the hospital due to his fractured hip, wrist, and subdermal hematoma from where he fell at Premier Living. My father died Monday, 10 May 2021 as the result of this fall.
