I have lived her in independent living for 3 years. The amenities, service, staff, grounds are outstanding. It is the best decision I have made.
Please let me share this. Be aware of the staff there. They are very rude. I will be releasing the names of the staff lacking bed side manners and professionalism once I get their names. In this profession you must have/show compassion. If you don''t have it or burned out, find another profession. Staff is rude to patients and families visiting. So disappointed.

Mom has been in assisted-living at Presbyterian Village, North since breaking her hip three months ago. The rehab phase was very comprehensive and got her back to her baseline. Mom felt much safer at Presbyterian Village, North and decided to stay rather than return to her condo. The staff are very kind to the residents and take good care of them. Housekeeping, laundry, and meals are all taken care of. Daily activities keep the residents active and engaged.

Have a mixed feelings about this place. My wife was a patient there 2 times after her total knees'' surgeries. The customers services sucks: nobody to give you the proper information unless you get in touch with the executives via your own route bypassing them. The even raise their voice and hang up the phone on you if you are lucky not to be profiled (When you have a foreign accent). When my wife call, they are all like "Chihuahua" and kind of friendly (also not delivering the right information) but when I call, they become "Pitt bulls". Horrible experience for me! They take 3+ weeks to deal with an urgent issue because of the disconnect, unprofessional, condescending tone of the receptionists. They do not pass the message to the right people instead give you a run around. Best way to contour it is to go to their website and chat with someone who will forward the chatlog, your concern to the useful person. That is something the Corporation have to look into. I will always be thankful to Ms. Brandy and Ms. Joni for their constant effort to really serve the customers [that we are] with great Info/Care/service and for almost humanity by truly assisting us.
