Staff and residents are treated horribly. Staff will yank on older residents arms, slam residents into wheelchairs and make them hit their heads in O2 tanks, and will ignore call lights to just sit at a desk and talk to each other. They will force residents to stay up late till they’re falling asleep in their wheelchair almost making them fall out before letting them go to bed. They will leave someone sitting in their own poo for hours because it’s not “their hallway” absolutely atrocious! Do NOT send your loved ones here!

I worked here for a little less then a year. My supervisor was honestly the worst person on Earth. She was demanding, belittling, and corrupt. She tried to make me move a patient on contact isolation into a shared room so that she could give a private pay person their own room (highly illegal). She also tried to make me ask a family that was talking about discharging early for the next month''s payment up front and in cash (I didn''t ask because again, illegal). Walking off that job was cathartic and amazing. I had no regrets leaving that dump behind. From the administrator who was money hungry to the Social Services Director who was more obsessed with margaritas then spending time with her family, good riddance.

The Grove is AMAZING! My sister was a difficult placement and most facilities had unfortunately turned her down. One morning I got a call from Jordan, stating that she had been fully accepted there. They don’t discriminate against social issues and understand that not every case is “cookie cutter.” Not only did they accept her, but Jordan is the kindest and most helpful person I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. He bent over backwards in helping me plan for not only my sister’s time there, but explored all options with me so that my family and I could help my sister plan for what might be the next step after her time there is complete. Unfortunately, most people nowadays are rushed and quick to get off the phone. They leave your questions unanswered and truthfully are left feeling like you have to figure it out for yourself. Jordan GLADLY spent an hour on the phone with me and answered ALL of my questions in depth. I got off the phone with him feeling so much better about her future and like we had a solid plan. I cannot thank him enough. To say he is an asset to The Grove and to my family, is such an understatement. His kindness could cure the world! Thank you, Jordan!
Read moreThis place is a joke. My mom was here for a couple months they are saying I owe 2800.00 dollars plus cause my mom was here 7 days into the next month that she owes for the hole month of November put will not show me any kind of bill. Please pick a different place for your loved ones
DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, THEIR CLOTHES, AND PERSONAL ITEMS DISAPPEAR. THEY AREN''T TREATED WELL, NURSING DOESN''T GET BACK TO YOU. WE HAD TO PAY 9000.00 A MONTH AND THE VISITING ARE LOOKS LIKE A PRISON.
