My mother was in Providence Health Rehab on and off for 6 months. For at least 6 weeks, her teeth were not brushed even once. Her nurse had not even seen her when I arrived at 2 pm every day. When she pushed her button to go to the restroom sometimes it was an hour...maybe more, before somebody got...
My mother was in Providence Health Rehab on and off for 6 months. For at least 6 weeks, her teeth were not brushed even once. Her nurse had not even seen her when I arrived at 2 pm every day. When she pushed her button to go to the restroom sometimes it was an hour...maybe more, before somebody got there to take her and she was already soaking wet. Bandages were not changed and medicine was incorrectly given. I would never send a loved one to Providence Health care. Even though we complained and had a meeting with one of the administrators it never got any better! It was a horrible, horrible situation.
