DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT send anyone there… this place should not be open!! My father went there for five days and i regret he ever step one foot in this place. My son and i went to visit him and take him some dinner and found my father sitting on the toilet saying “ im so happy to see yall “ he said the the slack nurse came in lord knows how long ago and said she would be back . My son and I cleaned him up and noticed that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed since the first day he was there .. i found a nurse and asked who was responsible for my dad she told me that his nurse went down stairs and she would be back shortly. I asked her to change his bed sheets she pointed to the closet and told me anything I need was in that closet . My son and i stayed there over an hour and still never seen his nurse .The very next day my daughter went to take him dinner and found my dad in the hallway holding on to the rail trying to make it to his room . On the fifth day my dad was sent to the hospital and never called to confirm which hospital he was getting transported to i had to call repeatedly call for almost an hour to get the name of the hospital. This facility needs to be shut down and investigated please never send your loved ones there

Had taken my mother there for rehab and long term care and they said that I did not advised them that she was to stay for long term after telling them how much my mother made a month. The lady told me that what she gets is not enough and I would have to find somewhere for her to stay. She then told DSS that I said I was bringing her home with me after I explained I cannot due to her needing 24 hour care and my home not being acceptable for her to live here due to her medical conditions.

My husband didn''t even have underwear on & he had the same dirty socks on that he had on when he arrived from the hospital. They never brushed his teeth or hair...total neglect. We buzzed for the nurse, no response for over 1 & 1/2 hours. He never even received a food tray. There are 3 employees who were wonderful. I want to be sure to mention them.One was Kortez.... a wonderful young man, well-versed, respectful & caring. Michelle was another very nice staff member. She took her time to explain some things to us and went out of her way for us the short time he was there. The 3rd employee who was kind, honest & caring was Kay. She even walked ouside with us and shared her thoughts with us. As far as the rest, I wouldn''t want to leave a dog under their watch. RUDE, NASTY & DISRESPECTFUL. I pulled my husband out of there in less than 48 hours!! DO NOT SENT ANYONE THERE THAT YOU CARE ABOUT...... AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THAT THE DIRECTOR IS A COMPLETE A%^&*$$#@ !!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE LABOR BOARD, MEDICAL BOARD AND EVERY OTHER BOARD NECESSARY!!!!!!!!!! GOD HELP THE PATIENTS IN THERE THAT HAVE NO FAMILY MEMBERS OR ADVOCATE TO SEE THE SHAMEFUL TREATMENT THEY ARE RECEIVING. S T A Y A W A Y ......
