My sister fell and unfortunately suffered multiple injuries that were not insignificant. Deep bruising in shoulder blades, fractured c3 vertebrae, bleeding on the brain and some not as severe injuries. After a week in the hospital she was told that she had to move to a rehab center. The decision was a bit rushed but that’s how insurance works. Four options were presented for a rehabilitation medical center which included Redlands Healthcare. After visiting a few centers on the list, I visited the Redlands Health Center (without an appointment because I wanted to see what a real day looked like) Jeffrey took me on a tour, I liked what I saw and the friendly atmosphere. My sister was admitted the next day. The nursing staff was friendly and attentive; on occasion a little wait was required because another patient needed help first but always assistance came. The physical therapy was great; after 1 hour sessions the first few days the sessions were increased to two one hour sessions each day (M-F); the exercises strengthened my sisters arms and legs to the point she could feed herself and walk with the aide of a walker; after 3 weeks she was able to go home to continue rehab. Redlands Health care gave her a great start; rehab is continuing at home, much progress has been made. We are thankful for the assistance Redlands Health gave to our family in a time of need and the assistance to get organized with in home continued care. It’s surely a situation you don’t want to find yourself in but it was wonderful to have found an organization to guide the family through the maze. Thank you Redlands Health Care❤️

After an unannounced tour of this facility (one of several suggested to us by an employee of Loma Linda University Medical Center), our family chose to place my ailing father-in-law here. It has been 3 months and my FIL is doing great! His memory has improved, he''s put on some needed weight, he looks terrific, and is back up walking! Everyone at this facility has been wonderful to him and our family. They actually call me anytime there''s a change and they ask for input when planning diet changes. It''s always clean, and the staff is warm and friendly and actually knows my father-in-law. We are very happy with our decision.
