During our experience at Reflections Senior Living Community, the staff were very friendly and attentive. They were also very supportive and comforting at/near the end as well. The location and the value for the money worked out great for our family.

My mother moved into Reflections - A Senior Living Community. It's a nice, small community. She has a roommate, and it's a nice, little room. There's exercise in the morning, they have people come in, they had a pianist come and play the other day, and they do arts, and flower arranging. The food is good. The staff is really good, and caring, and they do an excellent job. It's good value, it's less expensive than the others.

I went to Reflections - A Senior Living Community. It's a house style. It's smaller and it's more intimate, and I like that. The facilities are in good condition. The area around is nice. It's two blocks from a hospital and that's nice to have. The personnel were very friendly and seemed very professional. The rooms were nice and spacious. They didn't have as much stuff. There was no kitchen in the rooms, unlike what they had at the other place. But that wasn't a huge deal. My impression of Reflections was that it was pretty basic. You got the service, you got the facilities, you got what appeared to be very good medical support and resident support, but not a lot of amenities. They had some things going on like bingo and things like that I remember, but not a lot of extra stuff. There are no frills that I could see. Their facilities are not as nice as the other places, but from what I've been able to figure out, they're probably going to be less expensive as well. I like the facility. There are just not a lot of extras there. The staff were very professional and very upbeat. They seemed to have people that had been there for a long time, which is a good sign, and I saw nothing negative. It was clean. Maintenance appeared to be good. The only thing on the facility was the lack of some features, for example, no kitchen in the rooms. They have a very good chef, and everything there is homemade. I was impressed with that.

This would be a good experience for short stays. The community was understaffed during my loved one's stay. The staff that were there were overworked. They were warm and friendly, and were willing to work with me on price. This was a smaller community with few residents and had a homey atmosphere. The check in and check out process was good and flexible. My loved one enjoyed the food offered. The chef was very personable and helpful.

We went to look at Reflections - A Senior Living Community. There was no garden area. All they had was just the front porch. It was a smaller facility, like an enlarged house, but maybe doubled. You sit on the front porch, and the main drag of route seven is right in front of you. So it wasn't as quaint, quiet, and comforting, I guess. All the rooms were different because it was like a house, an enlarged house. It was not like someone built an apartment complex where every apartment is very, very similar. Each room was kind of unique, which was kind of cool, but it was more in price. For the different levels of care, the price definitely would jump. The smaller facility had not much to offer. It seemed like they only had one little room where the patients would gather and play or have entertainment. The staff was very knowledgeable, very accommodating, showed us different rooms with different floors, what was going on, and walked us around the facility. They have a cafeteria. The structure layout was good.
