Garbage !!!
I was admitted to this hell hole after a heart attack last year. The place was dirty, roaches everywhere.. The staff was sparse and surly. My three weeks there were the worst times of my life. I''m still having nightmares. Do not put your loved one in this facility!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The nursing and CNA staff seem overworked and unable to fulfill their duties in an empathic and human dignified manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The nursing and CNA staff seem overworked and unable to fulfill their duties in an empathic and human dignified manner. It was difficult to get answers about medical updates, and to get them the necessary follow up for our loved one. May be that they are just short staffed, but really sad to see that below standard care for our elderly. They should be treated with love and utmost respect - regrettably not our experience at all.

My sister is currently in this facility and being mentally abused. They have taken ALL phones out of the rooms and insist on clients (I say clients because we are paying to stay here- it’s NOT FREE) use the nurse’s station phone. NO PRIVACY! Now that my sister has her phone, the nurses have managed to log in to her private phone and are recording her calls. They are videoing taping without consist as well. We know this for fact- tests have been run. This morning ALL her laundry came up missing. NOW this all started after she complained about her treatment from the nurses.. WE will be filing legal action against this facility. I would NEVER recommend putting your loved ones here. SEE YOU IN COURT!

I worked for Regents Park for approximately 60 days with NO formal training on my position as the “ADON/Infection control nurse”. I was supposed to be trained by their traveling nurse trainer but she could not properly train me as we were given other duties to do throughout the day. She then left and I was left to learn on my own but again I couldn’t do that as I was given other duties outside of my job description and even had to work a cart for 22 hrs due to lack of nurses. New administrator started a week after me and clearly had a problem with the more “urban” management team and highly infatuated with what ours salaries were. She was very demeaning, condescending and wanted to be a dictator. I went on a vacation that was approved prior to hiring as it was preplanned and when I returned I was called in the late hour by the administrator to be told that an audit was done on infection control and we had done terrible. I wasn’t surprised but how could I be held accountable for something that I did not know what needed to be done. So I was terminated as I was in my probation period but there were alterior motives behind this because I’ve come to learn that this same administrator has hired all former coworkers to fill the management positions and they will soon learn what they are really having to work with. State visits frequently and it soon hit the fan and the same administrator will get a taste of reality. Loved the patients and nursing staff but they can’t go far with incompetent direction.
