Response times are extremely slow and food service is terrible . Forget meals and don''t bring what is asked for .
I am horrified. My mom was the hospital for a week at St. Elizabeth''s in Appleton with no shower. I am horrified. My mom was the hospital for a week at St. Elizabeth''s in Appleton with no shower. Then they moved her to this facility and I can''t go in to assist in any way for 2 weeks but she hasn''t even had a shower. So when the CNA came in her room, while I was on the phone with my mom, I asked when is my mom getting a shower? She replied I will.have to see when she is scheduled. Then said maybe this weekend she would have to check. WTH they should be bathed daily.

My 95 year old Mother needed to have rehab for a hip fracture- we chose Rennes because she was there for knee rehab in the past. The staff has been so wonderful - they have done everything in their power to make my Mother comfortable through these trying times with the COVID restrictions- Rennes has made a difficult time bearable and we want to thank them for their caring staff.

One star is absolutely toooo high. Pulled my mom out a week early due to poor care. 45 minutes to answer a call light due to “extenuating circumstances”

10/10 would NOT recommend. My grandpa had to be transferred here 2 times within the past 3 weeks due to him being in and out of the hospital. They did not give him pain meds when asked. We called several times and was hung up on each time. They said we could visit during the week only to turn around and say that he had to quarantine 14 days even though they knew about this quarantine when they said we could visit. We have not had an easy experience with either stay within 3 weeks.
