This review is on behalf of the Beeber family from members of the UWSP SOE. Our colleague''s father spent a great deal of time at the facility. As Covid became a reality and visits by the family were questionable, the family was content knowing Rodger was being treated with the utmost respect and care. As the end neared, it was evident the entire staff had taken extra effort to treat Rodger as though he was a member of their own family. Thank you to everyone for all you do on a daily basis and for making the challenging experience of losing a loved one as smooth as possible.

My sister is there for a second ordeal . Pain meds pre therapy are not delivered in time to work for therapy . Meals delivered to her room are cold. Breakfast was not delivered at all. No one was there to help her unpack when she arrived. No cold water provided in the room unless you ask. The one and only good thing is the therapy department. They are top notch. Unfortunately they cannot do their patients much good when they arrive unmedicated. We had hoped conditions improved since her last stay. They have not. I will add that administration was very very quick to address our concerns and make corrections .
