My sister is on the way to go pick him up now against medical advice because he has been left to sit in his own mess five times in one day for almost an hour each time. There was an incident the first night that my dad was left in the bathroom for over 30 minutes. He has lost 11yrs in 4 days due to neglect. Do not send your loved ones to this facility. I think patients deserver better.
Read moreMy mom was a rehab patient in this facility. Due to Covid, they have a litany of restrictions for visitation, which is understandable. There policy states that you must call 24 hours in advance of your visit. Ok. I call 24 hours prior to my visit. No one answers but I am prompted
