Sorry but this place needs to be completely renovated and the customer service was horrific I was bringing my mother because she needs therapy but walked out I was definitely not leaving my mother there.
I was initially nervous to leave my uncle in a nursing facility but his stay at Ochsner was exceptional. The nurses were very attentive and the social work department was extremely helpful in arranging necessary services for my uncle after he was discharged. I totally recommend this facility!
I was really impressed with how friendly the staff was and how they were always available to help my family. And to my surprise, the facility has a lot of activities and programs going on so it''s also very comforting to see that my grandma is not just sitting around all day.
My brother is in this nursing home and the "care" he''s supposed to receive is disgusting. They neglect my brother, we come in his room to find him dirty, they''re not rehabilitating him at all. Looking at places for my dad''s rehab, I was told by my friend about this place to refer him to....no regrets! My dad was part of their new program, my dad got a customized meal menu every day (he said it was delicious), lots of activities for him, and a smart TV room with . I am really impressed....
