Lost residents and visitors walking around to find their apartments. It seems like they do not like numbering buildings. Even their map consists of jumbled letters. Google maps does not even show the entrances/exits.

Elderly residents forced to share woefully slow elevators with all the freight, contractors, and service personnel. Deplorable!
Never ever give this place your address if you go look. My late in-laws toured about 30 years ago, and we STILL get mail from Riderwood asking them to come and tour. BTW, my in-laws would be 112 and 106 years old today.
There are many wonderful things to recommend riderwood Village. In many ways it''s like being on a cruise, but without the super, A+ service. They advertise many things that they then tell us are not available because of COVID. This is 2023!
