My grandmother literally had to call my mother( her daughter ) on her 50% breathing percentage to tell her she needed a breathing treatment . My grandmother has COPD and was telling the staff she need a breathing treatment and it was never given. This place deserves -5 stars and deserves to be shut down

Love the peacocks they have roaming the property gives the residents something to go outside and look for. Love to hear the staff laughing and having fun with them when I''m there. Just all our a good facility.

My grandfather was just staying here and was too afraid to speak on his experience when family would go visit and now that he is out he has literally cried to us about the abuse he''d receive staying there. If he wasn''t hungry they''d punish him and not allow him to eat later, they''d leave him laying there naked for hours with his room door opened. I couldn''t even get him to continue to elaborate with how distraught he was. Will be reporting this higher up including to the BBB!

My mom was at Ridgecrest for over a month at the beginning of 2024. The staff was caring and the physical therapists were top-notch (the improvement was noticeable quickly - struck the right balance of pushing her to succeed while listening to her concerns). Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The team there also helped navigate the insurance process to get her the care she needed, and involved her appropriately in the decision-making. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to family member visits. Highly recommend given our experience.
