We cannot say enough about the great service Delora and her crew have provided for our family member needing home care. They have responded immediately to any issues that have arisen, even while he was still in rehab. Delora especially has gone way above and beyond our expectations -- spending time on weekends looking for all of the adaptive equipment he would need before returning home, making sure his house was totally clean, having long phone conversations with us to discuss what is/was best for him, even calling the ambulance and staying with him at the hospital until he was admitted when he needed emergency hip surgery. We would highly recommend Right at Home Germantown to anyone.
