They keep my wife free so she can do what she wants. They have done pretty well.
It does things for me that I can't do myself. I had some problems with the billing.
They have been good at scheduling. They could provide more reliable care and train new caregivers better.
It was confusing when we did not have a regular caregiver and there were a few duds. It was a little bumpy start, and they could have better organization and communication.
It is a gift from god. The nurses that come in, they all have been very nice and know what they are doing.
If there's ever a change, they let me know ahead of time. We have a schedule that makes things easier. I would recommend them because they haven't given us any issues, and we like the caregivers. My father likes them.
