Absolute worst place to work. This company has been giving me a ton of trouble since I started nearly 8 months ago. I have been given 3 different write ups. The first one was because when I had gone to my orientation, they did not get a copy of my vaccination card for my covid-19 vaccine like they were supposed to, so I had gotten a write up for "not testing twice a week because you aren''t vaccinated." The second and third write up was because I wasn''t informed that I was not up to date on my vaccination status for covid vaccine and I was unaware that I wasn''t up to date until after I was given the write ups. On top of that, I have been putting in more hours than what I am scheduled to every week, and they are causing a ton of trouble because of that on top of the fact that 1 week I had put in 28 hours instead of 32 hours like I was supposed to work, and they are threatening to take away my PTO time and insurance I have through them because of that 1 week. This place is a joke. It also doesn''t help that the nurses on the rivers part of this facility really don''t care that much about the residents that are on that side. The nurses on that side expect the aides to take care of every single resident while the nurses do whatever. I would not recommend that anyone work for this company, and I would not recommend any family admit any family or friends into this place unless you want yourself, your friends, or your family to be treated like another burden.

I love Riveridge. This is a great place to work at with a wonderful team. My Grandmother was here towards the end of her life and she loved the care she received.
I''ve been employed at Riveridge since September 2020, and it''s a great place to work! I see a lot of teamwork and not much turnover at all!! If you start here, you''ll stay here!

My mother has been at this place for 3 day and so far the number I was given to call and be able to speak with her has gone unanswered and has no voicemail set up to leave a message. I am considering having her transferred to somewhere else that I feel will be more communicative with family members. *** UPDATE *** On the 4th day my mother was rushed to the ER at Lakeland with low blood oxygen, ( so low that her lips were blue) and low blood pressure. After running some tests it was determined that she had fluid on her lungs and had to be put on bipap to assist her breathing. Given what had happened my mother could have died in this facility if the nurse on staff had hesitated to act. I am thankful for the actions of the nurse assigned to my mother for calling 911. At this point I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
