This facility is a complete and total nightmare. Lata Agnihotri, the Director of Social Work, is a dreadful person to work with. The amount of care they provide to the patient is minimal, and the amount of assistance and communication to the family members is essentially nonexistent.

I talked to my grandmother on the phone and she sounded abnormally awful and said she stopped eating and that she felt like she was burdening the staff whenever she needed help. I knew I needed to get there to bring her some food for her strict diet after hearing how she sounded. Unfortunately the day I was on my way there, we found out she died. We are extremely disappointed we weren''t notified that my grandmother was dying in this institution during her rehab. I knew she wasn''t doing well, but had no idea she was in that kind of shape, and I''m appalled the staff did not notify her family. The day before she died, the secretary gave my sister a hard time about desperately trying to get a message to her since my grandmother was no longer picking up her phone. Mind you, there''s no visitations right now due to covid. It is an understatement to say that we are heartbroken we couldn''t be with her in her final days and it seems like this was an avoidable situation. I don''t want this to happen to another family...
