Do NOT place your loved ones here! My dad broke his leg and went here after being discharged from the hospital. They were supposed to help with his recovery. He declined mentally and physically. He was very isolated and hated it there. They didn''t allow anyone to visit. I think they discourage visiting for a reason. They don''t want you to see that they do not take the best care of their "inmates". I''m SO glad we got my dad out of there and back home!

My previously ambulatory father had a hip fracture and went here for "rehabilitation". He was there June 4, 2021-July 26, 2021. In that time period we were unable to see him except for a weekly 30 minute gloved, gowned and masked visits and weren''t allowed to touch my dad. Our repeated attempts at face timing were mostly disregarded. On July 26 he was admitted to St. Vincent where he was diagnosed with a UTI, bedsores on both heels and his tailbone. At least one of the bedsores was "unstageable" even with an MRI since it had already gone to the bone and would require amputation just below the knee to possibly save his life. My dad was left to rot there, please do not take your loved one there. I have filed all the reports with the Department of Health I can in order to prevent anyone from experiencing the nightmare we did.

Worst place to work!! No only does the upper staff talk bad about the workers during orientation which I’m sorry I’ve never had upper staff bad mouth it’s employees saying how much they hate them while your doing orientation not at all actually from the start they were very unprofessional but being new to New Mexico needed the job, not only is the upper staff unprofessional but the cnas just sit in the rooms on there phones hiding I had a patient constantly crying telling me they never help her I told her to report this facility and I hope she does this has been the worst job experience I’ve had and if you value your time and patients you will not work here or leave your loved ones in this place! Not to mention they tell you one thing then turn around and leave you hanging I took my 1st Covid shot before I even did orientation and was told it doesn’t matter if I’m an employee they do it for everyone then I put my two weeks in due to getting a better job and not being able to see myself working for this company and now they refuse to give me my second shot saying I’m not an employee so they don’t feel comfortable the A-don told me she would do it still but when I contacted her to get it done she beyond rude I tried to ask questions due to my work schedule and she just blew up on me saying she doesn’t feel comfortable giving it to non employees yet while I was getting mine she was giving it to noemployees makes no sense.
