My mother has had two stays at Sante. The therapy, nursing, and CNA staff are excellent! Unfortunately, they are understaffed and I was dissatisfied with care manager and physician communication. I submitted a formal complaint and although I was told that my issues would be review and that someone would contact me, administration never contacted me to resolve or understand the problem.

My 83 year old father was going to be transported here from the hospital, at recommendation of his hospital case worker. I read the reviews and told them absolutely NOT! Now I read in the paper an RN crushed up oral medication and administered it though a patients picc line, he passed moments later!...

My 83 year old father was going to be transported here from the hospital, at recommendation of his hospital case worker. I read the reviews and told them absolutely NOT! Now I read in the paper an RN crushed up oral medication and administered it though a patients picc line, he passed moments later! My father passed last Monday but I am thankful I demanded he go somewhere else. Thank you all for your reviews it helped me know “caseworker” doesn’t mean they have to care about someone!…I now see your response, but still no denying the actions of your RN. People NEED to know this happened before sending their loved ones to be cared for by your staff. I made an educated decision and they have a right to know these facts, without having to dig for them, when in a time of need for a family member.
