Good care but understaffed. Staff seemed to be always rushing about. Time spent with patients was minimal. Facility and furniture looked decrepit.
The staff has been wonderful since my husband was admitted. They took the time to talk with me about scheduling a care planing meeting and Judy in the business office took the time to explain all the financial issues that come with planning for a loved one’s care.

Mom is there for rehabilitation for painful broken bone and rehabilitation. Nursing staff considerate of her discomfort. Physical Therapy is awesome with technique and giving her confidence she can do it! All support staff is great...housekeeping, laundry. I can''t forget the administrative staff. ...

This place is disgustingly filthy! I would give it 0 stars if possible! spider webs lining the windows, clumps of hair and mud on the patient room floors, and a patient was given a wheelchair to use that looked like it had dried vomit splashed all over the side of it! When I requested a different wheelchair, the reaction seemed like it was no big deal....this is a MEDICAL facility! no cleanliness and obviously not sanitary. Patient was there 4 days for rehab & no one ever asked her or helped her to brush her teeth (even though they had to help her dress every morning & every night.) Never left her brush her teeth!
