No it''s not shiny and new but the doctors and the daytime nurses and CNA were helpful and informative. Had a couple of times at night where it took too long to get assistance. My mom was here for 3 weeks everyone was really nice to her, there was a nurse that she did more that what she was suppost to her name was Daniel something like that. There was Pamela and others that were great people. The cleaning lady was so nice. We are trying to find out how to get my mom back in there she is getting depressed the place we''re they send her for therapy sees her once or 2 a month my mom needs more than that.
