My husband was there for CoVID and the care and compassion aside from the front desk person was abysmal. Having him at ICU was better. And then we went to encompass in round rock which was also more caring and compassionate. I would never want anyone I loved going to CCH again.
Some of their staff are professional and have passion for their jobs. Unfortunately there''s more than a hand full of UNPROFESSIONAL staff and a social worker who don''t know how to do their jobs. Any time I needed something they were there to help regardless of what time it was I want to say thank you to all involved in my recovery.

I was asked to leave because my 1st dosage was provided by my employer. I was not given any further guidance except towards the door. Both were through Pfizer. Employer wasn''t scheduling anymore appointments within my needed time frame.
