DO NOT leave your family here. Aside from a few, the staff is VERY rude. They have a strict policy on visiting patients and don’t even follow it. One day it’s one way and the next it’s another. My family member that was admitted peed on herself several times more times than I have fingers on my hand because they would not tend to her. On one occasion that I was there, the front desk lady came in and saw her red light on.. turned it off and never went back or told anyone, imagine if it was a matter of life and death?! I had to bring it up to her that it was very rude to not even ask if she was okay. If you truly care about your family or loved one do not put them in this place as they do not treat their patients well and are so short staffed, should not accept more patients than they can even handle.

I''m very disappointed with the care. The staff seems to mean well but there lack of communication and order among the staff. They also seem to be heavily short staffed. Us patients are reassured our needs will be tended to, but then nothing is done. We wait a long time after ringing for help to have someone arrive, soiling ourselves. Dispensing of medicine is missed, transportation arrangements to the doctor fail and calls to the doctor are never returned. Something is very wrong in the operation of this place. There is a lack of consistently good care despite the good intentions.

This is the place to go! I''m so happy with the care that my mom received at Seacrest. She stayed at a facility in the South Bay previously, and they did not treat her well. So when my mom had to have knee surgery, I gave this place a try and I am so glad that I did! The nurses were kind and attentive to her needs, and the rehab team there is top notch! I will be recommending Seacrest to my friends and family.

I took a tour to see if this would be a good place for my totally disabled mom with dementia who is on hospice. On the tour, I was told she would receive 2 weeks of rehab. And since she was not vaccinated, she would go in a room with non vaccinated people. I was told that they would keep my mom active and move her body, something my mom really needs. Upon admitting my mom, I learned that my mom needed to be in isolation for 2 weeks. And she would not be able to go in a room with non vaccinated people because supposedly there weren''t any. She would not receive rehab because hospice has to order it. And they have the Maderna vaccine which is 2 shots 28 days apart. That meant that my mom would be in isolation for longer than a month. Everyone who visited my mom had to wear full protective gear, mask, face shield, hair covering, clothes covering, and gloves. Very uncomfortable. But the ambulance drivers didn''t have to, their staff didn''t have to. It was very inconsistent. My mom cannot do anything for herself. She was left in a room for hours at a time with nobody seeing her, according to the woman across the hall. She was in this place for 5 days, and she was hardly given anything to drink. She became despondent, unresponsive, and very depressed. She developed a cough because she was so dried up with not enough fluids. And she got little blood spots on her arm that nobody could explain... petiquia. Day 5, I removed my mom from this place. They did not do anything they promised to do. I would never put anybody here again.

My brother stayed there for several weeks after a fall and fracturing his hip . He is diabetic and and he has seizures. They were very mean to him when he was there his blood sugar was very high and they were arguing with him constantly. He is very fragile and the last night he was there one of the attendants started yelling at him and pushed his food tray to the wall and my brother told me the tray hit the wall and it frightened him a lot . He got very bad seizure that night . Working with patients is not an easy job someone who can not handle the pressure and is not capable of dealing with sick people should not take the job also in these places should be supervision and monitoring of staff
