We were very close in distance to our dad. They kept him extremely clean and looked after. The rooms were clean and the entire facility was clean most every employee there spoke to us as we frequently visited dad. Thank you Ben Atchley for making dad''s last months helpful for him.

Our father was miraculously transfered to Ben Atchly Veterans Home June 2023 after having a mild stroke that left him unable to walk or feed himself. They had ONE bed available!. It was right in Our hometown neighborhood and was very convenient to get to. The Veterans home offered Superior care to Our Father. He was not the easiest Person to always attend to. We were soo Blessed to have Their help in taking care of Him in His last Months here on Earth. He ,or course, wanted to go home and be back to what He was used to. His health would not allow it. He was nearing the age of 94 Years! We felt overwhelmed after His stroke,but were relieved beyond words when Ben Atchley Veteran''s Home were able to accept Him. We were very grateful for the care , concern,support,and love the Staff showed to Our Father and His Family during His stay there. I am one of His daughters and also a Veteran. I would recommend this Facility to anyone. Thank You ALL again for being there when We needed You most. Julie Ledford Vaughan

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Ben Atchley. I had the pleasure dealing with Brittney in admission. Unfortunately they didn''t have a open spot for my uncle but Brittney was always so sweet and gave us lots of information to help us. Even though we haven''t gave up hope that he will get a room there eventually we are grateful for all the help this far. I know no one ever wants to leave a review about the positive things so I just wanted to. Thank You Brittney for everything.
Read moreWe are so fortunate to have our Dad make this his retirement home. Any moment our Dad had a health scare, we got a call and were asked how we wanted to proceed. Very intense level of care. The people love their veterans residents so much. I can''t thank them all enough. Beautiful facility too.
Staff is good to their patients and referring to them as heros. Never smelled of urine in years n visits before Covid. Many year wait list so sign up before its needed.
