My father is using Senior Helpers. Eating is becoming an issue. His caregiver is an excellent cook, and she's very good at keeping track of him and working with him. I don't have any complaints about her at all. I enjoyed working with the supervisor. The caregiver pays attention to him, knows where he is at all the time, has a lot of common sense, and follows my directions. Communication is much better. They check in with me every couple of weeks. We have home visits from the president of the company on a regular basis, and he seems very caring and very educated about the disease process. I am satisfied.
