My Dad was with Serenity Springs from Nov. 2015 until his passing Mar. 2018. At Serenity Springs there was never a need for pulling a cord or pushing a button. The staff was always there, 24/7. Great care was taken with him. Toward the end, he was unable to feed himself. One of the staff made sure he was fed until he didn't want any more for that feeding. Liquids were always offered. The staff took care of his cleaning and bathing. No bedsores at this facility. This facility is much better than an assisted living or a nursing home. They get the individual attention that you would give your loved one if he/she lived in your own home. This place has two homes, enough for three patients at each home.

My husband was at Serenity Springs for approximately 8 months. He had dementia & it got to the point where I did not have the physical strength to do all that was needed, specifically in the area of keeping him clean. Serenity Springs is in a residential area so is not noisy. My husband was in 1 of the 2 houses they have & this was 1 of the reasons I chose Serenity Springs as it was just like he was still living at home...as the house just has 3 bedrooms, he was able to be given continuous, INDIVIDUAL (very important to me) care & attention. The staff were very kind & attentive, & I was able 2 visit him/be with him every day & at any hour. He had his own bedroom w/tv, but there was an area where he could be w/the other 2 patients who lived there also. The facility was always clean & the food nutritious. I was completely happy w/his care & the service, & definitely recommend Serenity Springs.
