We chose Serenity because I toured it and just really liked the facility. My husband was able to get his own private room as well which is nice. The location is close to my home and convenient. I would recommend to others looking.
The staff are very friendly and are available for any questions I may have. They know who I am and who my loved one is when I come to visit. There is flexibility in taking my loved one out of the community.

My first impression was the marketing person who I spoke with initially. I felt as though she was not only compassionate - because this was my first time going down this path, with a lot of emotions coming up - but knowledgeable. And I felt like she would move heaven and earth to help me as much as she could, even if Serenity turned out not to be the right decision for us. But we did end up choosing them. And the rest of our experience with the staff has followed along those lines. Everyone has been very compassionate and accommodating, especially with the circumstances around Covid. I thought it was always very clean. I would drop things off unannounced, and it was always clean with no odor. My mom was always clean. They offer a great calendar of activities. I've been very happy to have my mom there. I would recommend them.
