I had problems with a couple of CNAs not wanting to do their job, and one of the nurses was pretty rude. The rest of the staff was ok.
This place used to be good but Nicole in administration is terrible. Won’t call anyone back and only texts. Was trying to get my dad in here for short term since my Aunt passed away and Nicole would not work with us. Jill head of nursing was great.
I have been here for about 5 days now. While overall as it has bee ok. My biggest complaint at this point is that I haven’t beengiven the opportunity too even take a shower yet. I have asked multiple times they just tell me they will have t check the schedule. So I guess I will be asking again ...

Read moreI went to Sevier County and rehab January 14 through January 31 and I really liked it. Great service and therapy is outstanding. You get three good meals a day and play Bingo I hated to leave.
