This rehab is much better than Chateau ever could be excellent
We visited the nursing home yesterday, as we often do on Holidays to visit my husbands grandmother. This time we didn''t have a good experience at all, the nurse on the 4th floor who is assigned to our grandmother was extremely dismissive and rude.
I generally love this place, my grandmother has been here for years. But just had a terrible experience with a nursing assistant on the 4th floor. Terrible attitude, rude and inattentive...and all completely uncalled for / unprovoked . Not sure why she''s here, don''t need that negative energy aroun...

My father was there for rehab! One of the worst facilities, he was in a crowded room with 3 other people. I had to hire outside aid to help feed and toilet him!
