One of my worst fears growing up, was the thought of ever having to put my mother in a home, but after my dad passed my mom didn’t want to live at their house anymore and chose this place. And this was where she spent the last three years happy and surrounded with love. She’s at peace now laughing at us bc now we have to deal with her house 😅

If you care anything about your family member DO NOT PLACE THEM IN THIS FACILITY! It is NOT WHAT THEY PRETEND TO BE. If you care anything about your family member DO NOT PLACE THEM IN THIS FACILITY! It is NOT WHAT THEY PRETEND TO BE. In response to another persons review that stated the bad reviews must be from people not use to nursing homes: I ran a volunteer program for years that visited about 20 nursing homes per week. I intimately know what other nursing homes are like- and Sherwood Nursing & rehab is NOT. A good one. It initially seemed great but after the first week that changed. The aids were great but the administration @ nurses were incredibly rude and insensitive. They called me repeatedly DURING my Dad’s funeral, who was a patient there, about when I was going to clear out his room & was my Mom staying or leaving- DURING HIS FUNERAL! I told the on the phone we were at his funeral and they flat out did not care. Incredibly unprofessional, uncaring, and rude.

I would give this place a zero it it were possible. The sales person, Beth was incredibly rude prior to our moving our parents to this facility. She stated she did not want the vaccine nor to wear a mask and basically really didn’t care if the elderly residence got infected. Dad password away and ...

I would give this place a zero it it were possible. The sales person, Beth was incredibly rude prior to our moving our parents to this facility. She stated she did not want the vaccine nor to wear a mask and basically really didn’t care if the elderly residence got infected. Dad password away and she continually called (3times) DURING HIS FUNERAL asking what we plan to do about the room for Mom. She, again, was incredibly rude. My mother in law was also a patient there and they threw her around like she was a rag doll And the family is seeking legal help! If you love your family member DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

I wouldn''t recommend this place for your love ones. Bad experience and the nurses are not friendly at all
