Don’t send your loved ones…or your enemies here. Equipment (in-house phone and call buzzers didn’t work, no access to bathroom until my husband moved stuff out. They charged for 2 days and I was there maybe 14 hours. Could not dispense pain medication in a timely manner or even an ice bag.

These people deny my phone call to my grandmother at the end of her days I try to talk to her and did you not answer the phone they refused to talk and take these people captive and I''m going to talk to somebody about this there are bad Care facility

She has brought together a wonderful, experienced, and caring team, and with every challenge, and every single day, the improvements are not just visibly noticeable, but also, and especially, felt in the heart and the entire atmosphere. I''m so proud to work here again, and so proud to be a part of this wonderful "family", and yes indeed, I would recommend it to those searching for a place that feels like home, and I would certainly suggest Avalon Care Center Keizer to those I love for long or short term quality care! I LOVE the photos of an engaged community! You are NEVER too old to learn, to adventure, to be reminded that YOU are important and wonderfully viable no matter what age!
