A great place to work and a even better place to have your loved ones. Whether its long term or short term everyone is treated like family. Staff is welcoming, loving and truely care about the residents.
By far one of the best places to work or have a loved one or even yourself cared for. The nursing staff always goes above and beyond for the residents and their family. Such a welcoming environment and so many friendly faces as you walk through the front door.
My father was recently discharged from this facility. I was very satisfied with the care he received. All of the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The therapy staff got him back on his feet after his knee replacement. Thank you Pikeville Nursing and Rehab.
My mother just finished up some short term therapy from here. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everybody was friendly and professional and the building was very clean. I was able to come visit with my mom everyday. Now she is able to come home and we are very happy.

My sister was admitted to this nursing home several months ago and was able to answer her phone until she caught Covid and now requires assistance with the phone someone must put it in her hand. Whenever I call the facility I am transferred to the nurses station, but no one answers the phone at the nurse''s station. I avoid the time periods when trays are being passed because I know they are busy during that time. I have not been able to talk to my sister for more than a month now because no one answer the phone at the nurses station. I cannot visit her inside the facility due to Covid, but I did visit her in the summer and stood outside her room window and called her on my iPhone and we talked. Even though I stood at the window I could not really see her very well because she was not in the bed beside the window, another patient was beside the window. I am elderly and disabled so making a 300 mile trip again for me to try and stand outside in this cold winter weather will not be possible. I have to wait until warmer weather to travel so I can stand outside her window to see her, that is if she is still alive that is why it is so important for me to talk with her on the phone. I am also an RN and have worked in a nursing home. Many, if not most patients, require assistance with accessing their phone due to a myriad of reasons that is why I felt it important to post this review. I cannot be the only person with a family member in a nursing home and have not been able to touch or hug them since Covid began. Talking to my sister on the phone is all I have. dml
