My mom has been there 7 years and I have seen it all. This new management company is the worst. They only care about money and how much they can make. My mom has been there 7 years and I have seen it all. This new management company is the worst. They only care about money and how much they can make. I have been through administrators and the most recent one was absolutely the BEST! Always willing to help and was exceptionally kind. After a covid outbreak, she disappeared like it was her fault. Now they have in charge an uneducated woman whose goal is to make the residents lives miserable. There is no nurse on the property ever. The woman left in charge is not even qualified for that job. Activities? What activities? The food is mediocre at best. Memory care manager is lazy and does nothing but sit in his office and eats. The place is now unkept.....didn't use to be. I want to move my mom.out but I have very limited choices in this area. Please look really hard at the whole picture before moving your loved one in there. I never regretted it until now.

My mother, age 100+, decided on her own to take the step of moving from independent living to a senior facility. She has resided at Siskiyou Springs for 3+ years and lives in a 1-bedroom apartment. She is well cared for, although she still lives pretty much independently not needing "assistance" of any type. Residents are well fed in a communal setting and have a variety of activities in which they can participate. The facility employees are friendly and truly care for their "charges." Outside entertainment is brought in which is a nice addition. Also, prior to COVID, residents could partake of weekly field trips to Wal Mart, Raley's, and outside restaurants. Hopefully these trips can resume in the near future. Mom feels secure and happy at Siskiyou Springs, which takes a burden of worry off of me, her daughter.

My mom has lived in various assisted living facilities over the past 15 years and I highly recommend Siskiyou Springs Senior Living (formerly Brooksdale). Mom has been there since 2015. The staff/team is conscientious with Mom's needs, helps with her activities of daily living, support for her health care needs, and housekeeping, laundry and transportation services. Although I live a few hours away, knowing whenever ANYTHING happens to Mom that I'm notified immediately helps me sleep better. As Mom lives quite a distance, we use GrandPad (like facebook but secure) and anytime Mom needs assistance to use her GrandPad, the team at Sisikyou is right there to help her connect with us using this video chat device. Being able to see Mom, to communicate with her, give Moms the sense we're nearby Mom is happy, well-cared for and her needs met. We couldn't be happier!!!

We moved my Mom in about 3 weeks ago. My main concern was her happiness being in a new environment. When we spoke to her the first time, she sounded very happy which calmed our concerns. The facility is very nice and all the staff are very attentive. We are, so far, very happy with our choice of Siskiyou Springs. It's good to know our Mom is safe, happy and cared for during this difficult time. We definitely would recommend Siskiyou Springs for elder memory care. Thank you.

Excellent facility. Staff very conscientious, caring, and competent. My Mother has been there for over 2 years and we are happy with her care. Quick response to our concerns and staff notifies us in a timely manner if there is an issue. I would highly recommend Siskiyou Springs Senior Living (formerly Brookdale} to anyone looking for a terrific place for themselves or a loved one.
