Just wondering why the Dietary Manager position is always posted ,is there some issues with this place that requires this position to be open every week
If you don’t care about your loved one, then this is the place to send them! Poor care or no care! Facility is newer and looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Staff is lazy and has poor attitudes. Therapies are a joke. Respiratory therapy is an even bigger joke. No one ever answers call lights....
If you don’t care about your loved one, then this is the place to send them! Poor care or no care! Facility is newer and looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Staff is lazy and has poor attitudes. Therapies are a joke. Respiratory therapy is an even bigger joke. No one ever answers call lights. If you ask any questions, no one has an answer, staff always has to go ask someone else for an answer. Our loved one laid in bed from Friday admission to the following Tuesday without being turned. When we asked the aid if she was getting turned she stayed we turn her every 2 hours. There were no extra pillows in her room during that time frame and she was always flat on her back when family visited. The next day there magically was 4 extra pillows piled up on a chair in her room. I could go on and on. Don’t send anyone there for rehabilitation because it just does not happen at this facility.

I love working at Austin Trace! The building is beautiful, the rooms are large, and clean, the food is great, and our staff is caring, hard-working, and my coworkers are amazing!
Employees are generally friendly. Had trouble getting correct medication as prescribed by the doctor, overall not a super positive experience.
Absolutely stunning facility with amenities that include Rosie’s Diner, Sweeney’s Pub, Palace Theatre and more! Awesome staff that truly care about those who reside at Austin Trace. Massive rehab area with a training garage. Recommend highly!
