Everything about SLSCR is what I''ve been looking for! Staff is so friendly and work very hard to take great care of the residents! I am a very proud team member!
The facility has had COVID for over a month because they don''t screen anyone who walks in so people keep catching it. All you have to have is the code and you can walk right in. Then I''m calling to check on my great grandma and no answer.
If I could give this place minus stars, I would. I caught Covid here. They don''t have enough staff to adequately take care of patients. An example: One night my roommate was left in a dark bathroom for an hour because no one came to get her.
My mom is a resident here and I have only wonderful things to say about the facility and staff. They are all amazing! The nurses and aids are so caring and loving about their residents. I am so blessed that I have found a place for my mom to make her new home.
