This nursing home just initiated facial recognition machines that take your temp, pic, and record all of that along with your vaccine status, and questions about covid symptoms....for visitors. Remember you aren''t the patient but you are being photographed and your personal info is being saved into a computerized system and who''s monitoring that? Who has access to your name, pic, and info? Well I would think that they would hire more staff rather than spend thousands on this equipment because they sure do need more staff. The food there is so gross that I can''t imagine eating it. And my family member has a very expensive and custom wheelchair due to specific medical conditions but is never ever up or dressed when we visit. Hair wasnt washed for months. No excuse for that. And now they want our picture and personal info to visit and check on her? Pray tell for what reason? Stay away from here. There are a couple of good aides and nurses. That''s about it

My dad is hopefully getting out soon....somehow while there he fell out of bed and his wheelchair. They were giving him lorazepam first thing in the morning----pretty sure that negates any hope of gaining strength or agility from physical therapy. After repeatedly asking them if he has a UTI, they *claim* to have tested him and say it''s negative. I''m pretty sure they just asked one of the nurses to pee in a cup.....I may call Bristol Elder Services today after his PCP speaks to me.
Read moreThis place is awful if you want awful care put your loved one here. All the caring staff was not on my dad''s floor anymore. The food looks like garbage my dad was left in a wheelchair to eat and kept in hallway until time for bed. My animals are treated better.
Wonderful place. My father absolutely loves living here. The staff is caring and goes above and beyond for their patients.
Horrible place. When my friend went to the hospital they never told me. And I signed all bunch of papers over n over again.
