I highly recommend Split Rock Rehab to anyone in the community who is in need of Rehabilitation Care. I was a nurse and can say the nursing staff is caring and gives the residents good care. I remain active in daily activities. I enjoy with the help of the wonderful recreation staff
I absolutely love the workers. They care about the patients even though some don't but I understand that they are practically overwhelmed yet they do their jobs perfectly. The rehab was amazing. I loved it.
