My loved one was at Spring Meadows Summit for about 6 months and we had to move out because they felt that they could not provide the care that he was needing. I was not super impressed with our experience here.
We chose this facility because it seemed to be the best, they did just recently get bought out and they are Brandywine. They are refurbishing everything and Brandywine is definitely a good company. I would recommend to others looking.
Care was aways subpar and almost all residents require private aides. Since being acquired by Brandywine they are actively trying to get people to leave. Care has been cut. This is clearly a place to be avoided.
I am very happy with the care my parent is given here. Most of the aides are there for you...As in any situation, you have to be on top of things but for the most part all is well. My parent does have a hard time with vision and I wish the staff would help with their meal choices because lunche...

had my mother there for 3 years.........the place is a mess......and the people that run it are at best, 9-5'ers, and are not cut out for this line of work. Stay away!
