They are understaffed, the turnover is unbelievable, the number of times people are left to sit in their feces for hours makes me cry. No one is available during lunch or dinner on each wing. Please please be careful before sending a loved one here. They have gone so down hill in the last year.

I work for a local hospice company and St Andrews has become one of the primary places we recommend our patients to go if nursing home placement is needed. We have always had positive feedback from our patients and families regarding their care, which is something that has unfortunately become hard to come by since since covid. They have low turnover compared to other long term care facilities and they genuinely care about their residents. I have even recommended several of my own family members to move there. Don’t let the fact that they are located in Eureka deter you, better care is worth the extra 10-15 minute drive down 44. If you’re considering placement for a loved one, please check them out!

St.Andrews nursing staff aren’t nice from my experience. I asked for a face towel and was told “ You know where to find it by a RN”. So I went to the clean lien cart in my isolation gown from a isolated room and got it. CNAs are the NEW nurses, very reliable and trustworthy to all family. The Old RNs repeatedly give excuses for being short staff. I have seen more ants transporting crumbs then RN transport patients. Where is the CNA is all i hear from you guys. By the way, can you please help out next time.Talk about five star rating.
