DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED 1 HERE FOR REHAB OR ANYTHING ELSE.....the quality of care in this place is horrible. my mom was sent here here bc she had a hip replacement & needed some rehab... what a joke. #1) her Dr. put in an order for her to have T.E.D. stockings put on everyday, she had them put on 2x''s in the 20 days she was there... #2) with the exception of a few good nurses there was a CNA who came into my moms room and acted like cleaning her up was taboo...my brother got a phone call @ 11:30pm saying my mom fell after the fact & they informed him 4 hrs later...#3) my mom was discharged knowing that she CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE @home w= no plan put into place...I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED W/THIS ST. JOHNS HOME....AS I STATED BEFORE...DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED 1 HERE...

I was very pleased with the care I received while a patient at St.John''s rehab unit. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of Highland Park. The staff were consistently friendly, in good spirits and very helpful. They were vrey prompt in answering my call bell. The food was even good.

Every family member who has ever gone to this hospital has received awful care. Uncaring nurses who either jump to conclusions or don’t care enough to help past giving tylenol. Would not go to this hospital under any circumstance

Hi St. John’s I appreciate so much of all the good care you give him my dad in the last couple of years who is going to three years with my dad all he doing is falling in cutting up his face and then left a long, when he has a 1 on 1 don’t understand all the skilled nurses,Not following the protocol of their patientspeople they have never be there to protect my dad . now he’s been falling and cutting up his self and falling and nobody is still not taking in consideration of their client I think that is so wrong that he’s had the nerve falling to death because that’s what it seem like it’s happening right now I am very upset with Saint John’s nursing home,.
