Horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is rude and condescending. Place is extremely dirty. Supposed to be 24 hour visiting however they let visitors wait 30 plus minutes to get in because no one answers phone and when they did they didn’t know code. My mothers call button was “broken” so they never answered calls for pain, or bathroom needs/ let her sit in it. When they did see her said “ oh other shift should have done that” she was supposed to get daily rehab/ out of a 10 day stay she got it 3 other times she laid there. At one visit I witnessed nurse giving her her meds, my mother questioned pills 3 times as they looked different . Was told “just take it” . I stepped in and was rudely told what they were- total wrong medicine/ they were trying to give her another patients medicine. Even after complaining we got no apology. Upon discharge they did a home visit / my moms house is clean and clutter free in a nice neighborhood but they continued to berate and belittle her home and me/ why wasn’t I there more etc/ I felt judged and belittled for being a working mom who helped with my mom on top of other duties. The staff routinely bright my mother to tears and myself/ I hade never felt so degraded / I can’t imagine how she felt. She went in for injured foot-we had to beg them to wrap and care for/ they’d good days without checking. Good was horrible, I could go on for pages. Worst facility I have ever been in.

If you don''t want to be ignored, terrorized, and refused medical treatment do not go to this facility. The nurse at night refused to assist my brother to the restroom. Put him in a depends and told him if he goes he has to sit in it until morning. Took his call button that was tied to his bed and threw it on the floor behind his bed. Refused him medical treatment, he had to call 911 himself. The nurse cancelled the ambulance. An hour later my brother had to call 911 again. they finally showed up and took him to the ER. He was admitted to the CCU. In my opinion, this "nurse" should be fired and criminally charged. In no way should this person be allowed near any patient who needs care.
